8. TikTok Integration — VOLT Social AI Producer

Quattuordecim S.p.A. Benefit internally uses the VOLT Social AI Producer application to schedule, assist in generating, and publish video content on TikTok through the official integration with the TikTok Content Posting API and TikTok Login Kit. The application is restricted to the group's brands and is not offered as a service to external third parties.

Linking a TikTok account is performed exclusively through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 authentication. Requested scopes are limited to the minimum required to publish content (user.info.basic, video.publish, video.upload) and can be revoked at any time from the settings of the linked TikTok account.

Specifically, Quattuordecim S.p.A. Benefit warrants that:

• TikTok access tokens are stored encrypted on servers located in the European Union and used only for operations requested or scheduled by authorized users within the group;
• data obtained through the TikTok APIs is not sold, disclosed to third parties, or used for advertising profiling beyond the authorized scope;
• use of the TikTok APIs is carried out in full compliance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines, and TikTok Advertising Policies, which prevail in case of conflict with these Terms;
• content published via the application is created and authorized by the group's marketing teams, which hold the rights or have obtained the necessary licenses;
• deletion of data processed through the TikTok integration can be requested at any time by writing to [email protected]; tokens will be revoked and any retained information deleted, save for legal retention obligations.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
