Gruppo Tamburro is an entrepreneurial ecosystem founded by Avv. Giuseppe Tamburro, rooted in Caserta with a presence in Milan.
We operate across four sectors — technology and SaaS, food & hospitality, distribution and professional services — with a common thread: creating real value through innovation and technology.
We are not a traditional holding company. We are a laboratory where ideas become businesses. Each brand is born from a concrete market need, developed with method and proprietary technological infrastructure, and grows with the ambition to redefine its sector.
Our strength is integration. A centralized ERP system (TBS) manages billing across all brands. A proprietary AI — VOLT — supports operations. A marketing strategy platform (TMS) coordinates growth. From concept to execution, in weeks, not months.

Artisanal Origins
The passion for fine pastry earns the first recognition. Jury Mention at the Re Panettone competition in Naples with the amarena cherry and berry panettone. The seed of what will become Tenerita is planted.
Awards That Matter
First Place at Re Panettone in Naples with the Annurca apple IGP panettone, caramelized walnuts and cinnamon. Second Place at Regina Colomba in Saint Vincent, Aosta Valley. Artisanal excellence gains national recognition.
The Group is Founded
Avv. Giuseppe Tamburro founds the core of the group with Tamburro & Partners, a multidisciplinary firm in Milan. The vision of an entrepreneurial ecosystem combining legal, technological and business expertise is born.
Tenerita Goes Digital
Tenerita evolves into a structured brand with e-commerce, proprietary production management, 4 commercial price lists and a B2B agent network. Award-winning artisanal quality meets technology.
The Digital Expansion
Launch of HACCP Sentinel (food safety SaaS), Amelie Creators Lab (creative agency), Louis Apartament (hospitality). TBS becomes the group's centralized billing system.
