Tenerità was born from recognition: Jury Mention and First Place at Re Panettone in Naples, Second Place at Regina Colomba in Saint Vincent. From there, the step from workshop to structured brand: a proprietary production management system, full raw-material traceability, channel-specific price lists and a B2B agent network. The range today counts 17 products across panettone and pandoro, with sourdough and fillings prepared in-house. Direct online sales and distribution through the specialist channel.
